3x5 Microfont: A Highly Legible 3x5 Pixel Font With Full ASCII Support

I wanted the most legible 3x5 font possible for a retro project I'm working on, and I wanted it to have full ASCII support. I was pretty happy with Another Tiny Pixel Font by Alassë Eärfalas, but there were several design choices I did not like:

• Firstly, I needed all the characters to be above the baseline (no descenders), because I was using this font via a sprite sheet, and it's not possible to encode anything below that line without making the font technically 3x6.
• Second, I wanted all the lowercase characters to have their midlines match.
• Finally, some of the characters just didn't look as good to me as I wanted them to, especially the digits.
